About

Why this project exists

Most people treat climate change as an environmental problem. It is also one of the biggest economic shifts in modern history, changing how countries produce energy, how companies make money and which careers will exist in twenty years.

The GreenShift is an independent student research project, started by Khyavi Chheda, that studies that shift through economics, data and computer science.

How the work is done

  • Sourced. Every number links to where it came from.
  • Dated. Every issue says when its data was checked.
  • Honest about limits. Research names what it can't show.
  • India first. Global trends, read through a developing-economy lens.
